My day-trip to Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge for the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Midway.

After landing on Midway in darkness, to avoid hitting birds on the way in.
Our plane was a C-40, which is a military-modified 737.
The island was so dark - only the full moon and the firetruck were the bright lights.
